Over the past three years, TSRI has facilitated the tape-out of around 180 CMOS MEMS chips annually and provided measurement services for approximately 200 projects each year. This steady output demonstrates TSRI's ability to efficiently and reliably deliver both CMOS MEMS chips implementation and measurement services on an ongoing annual basis.
